Study On The Stability Mechanism Of Tour Guides-lack Of The Insurance For Tour Guides And The Construction Of Security Mechanism

With the development of the economy, the increase of people's income and a great change in the concept of consumption, tourism has been developing rapidly as one of the pillar industries in our national economy. In this process, the scale of tourism enterprises has grown more stronger and the number of tour guides has increased day by day. In recent years, the relevant authorities and the academic have paid more attention to the personnel salary and welfare of tour guides.Although they have proposed many policies and ideas, the progress is very slowly and didn't have a good effect. So search a right and effective security mechanism for tour guides to ensure the stable development of China's tourism industry is looming ahead.In this study, firstly, research the insurance status of tour guides in China, through questionnaires, literature searches and other methods, describe the current situation and problems that lacking of tour guides insurance. After that, analyze the reasons from macroscopic and the microscopic two angles, that is mainly because of lack of laws and regulations, management confusion, tourism enterprises reduce the costs on the insurance, the negligence of insurance companies, the insuarance awareness of tour guides is weak. Finally, on the basis of this analysis and the actual development of China's tourism industry, put forward the recommendations of building security mechanism for tour guides under the existing legal framework. The security mechanism is including the legal regulatory mechanism, the profession supervising mechanism, the enterprises controlled mechanism, the security fund mechanism, the cooperation marketing mechanism, the publicity and education mechanism and so on. The goal is promoting the establishment and the consummation of the tour guide security system through these security mechanisms operation.
