Travelling products are the main part of the development of travelling industry. As the diversity of the needs of travelling industries, higher demand of travelling products is needed. Timeshare Products is the one which satisfies the needs, and it will have a broader prospect for development in china. Since Chong Qing takes the concept of timesharing, it have developed from the a short period of fast growth to the steady progression, and the steady progression is not accordance to the rich and varied travelling resource in Chong Qing。So it is essential to make a research of the present development of timeshare products, and to find a solution to make it to the benign development. This thesis will take the two - factor theory: from the eagle of comsumers, this thesis make a quantitative analysis to the influence factor of the timesharing products'development; from the relationship of product and market, the solution will be made by indagate the influence factor.On the basis of investigation of the current timesharing products'development, and referring of bulk of documentation and consulting of related professors, the thesis make the 18 influence factor of the timesharing products'development. The relationship between motivate factors and hygienic factors is analyzed, the thesis sorting order of importance of the 18 factors. At last, by analyzing the current development of timesharing products in Chong Qing, several countermeasure and suggestion would be raised.The first part, prolegomenon, the research meaning, background, research status, meathod and the main thinking route would be introduced. The second part, the basic theory. The theory of sharing products and two-factor theory would be mentioned. And in this part, this thesis will use the two-factor theory to analyze the sharing products.The third part, the current survey of the sharing products in Chong Qing. This part is the basis of the whole research. By investigation in web and visiting, the current management of sharing products in Chong Qing will contribute to know the type of sharing products in Chong Qing, current management and the problems.The forth part, this part is due to analyze the influence factor of sharing products'development in Chong Qing. This is main part in this thesis to analyze the influence factors from the eagle of consumers by using the two-factor theory.The fifth part, on the basis of two-factor theory, the development and countermeasure study of sharing products in Chong Qing would be mentioned. In this part the countermeasure will be raisedThe sixth part. It is the conlusion part. This part will sum up the whole content of the thesis and point out the problem and shortage to look ahead in the future study...
