Something is important that organization structure are always the basic objects of researching and thinking by organization theorists and practitioners. Again good organizational structure is an important link for establishment permanence competitive advantages of enterprises.A organization structure in accordance with the enterprise characteristics will promote the development of enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Otherwise, the organization structure will hinder the development of the enterprise.With the arrival of 21st century, information technology is used widely in the organization design, organization flow, strategy and the relationship between organization and the external environment , which produce great changes in the internal operation of organization, the mechanism of organization operation and the external environment of organization.The ability of enterprise organization structure adapt to the environment will face big challenges from the internal and external environment.
