Study On The Environmental Impact Assessment In Tourism Of Poyang Lake National Wetland Park

Currently the tourism of China is undergoing a rapid development stage, On December 1,2009《some advice on accelerating the development of tourism》was promulgated by the state council, On December 12th,2009, the state council officially replied the planning called《ecological economic planning of Poyang lake》, The construction of ecological economic lake has risen to the status of national strategy which was the first one since the founding of new China in Jiangxi. Poyang Lake National Wetland Park which is the state of national nature reserve features a special ecological environment, culture, aesthetics and biodiversity. We should fully protect ecological system integrity, maintain wetland ecological processes and ecological service function when we develop travel service item. So the consideration of macroeconomic environment impact and tourism formulated a series of effective measures for sustainable development which was important for the development of the Poyang national wet land park.This paper first starts with the review on foreign and domestic literatures on the impact of tourism environment evaluation, pointing out the limitations of it. Based on these, with the viewpoint of a specific target (Poyang Lake National Wetland Park), this paper constructs a system about the impact of tourism environment. In this index system, the influence of tourism environment includes three aspects, they are social and cultural influence, economic influence and natural environment influence. Then, the material culture influence, behavior culture influence and economic cultural influence are included in social and cultural influence; The economic influence is divided into economic system and power system influence; The natural environment influence is divided into wetland system influence, the environmental elements influence and the ecological characteristics influence. This multilevel and multiple index system offers support for the assessment of the tourism environmental influence.After constructing the tourism environmental impact assessment index system of the Poyang Lake National Wetland Park, this paper applied Analytical Hierarchy Process and Gray Relational Process, which came to the conclusion that the environmental impact assessment of tourism in Poyang Lake National Wetland Park were low levels (0.3398) in 2008, has received the medium (0.5369) in 2010, has reached a high level (0.6016) after 5 years, steadied upward growth to the high level(0.7847) by 2020. Finally this text proposed a series of measures for sustainable development, establishing and perfecting the laws and regulations to develop and protect the wetland, planning scientifically for the development of wetland tourism, Formulating wetland environment monitoring mechanism completely, enhancing wetland ecological protection and enhancing tourist ecological protection education etc.
