The Studies On Internationnal Logistics Development Strategies Of Chinese Corn Processed Products

In the past 20 years, China's corn processing industry has undergone tremendous changes rapid increase in quantity and range of products. And China's corn processed products industry has undergone a qualitative change. No matter for food or industrial uses, the deep-processed products has taken the place of the corn raw as the main mean, and been produced massively and put into application widely. Meanwhile, the international logistic form of corn and its processed products have got changed fundamentally. The material of export has transformed from corn-based raw materials to high value-added and high-tech precision processed products. And the international logistics outflow of the processed corn products, especially the deep-processed ones also increased rapidly. The speedy development of corn processing industry has brought in the increase of export types and quantities, which has caused some problems in international logistics. The main aspects are the deficiencies, high cost and poor risk-resistance of network construction of international logistics system and the slow pace of international standardization. Affected by various factors at home and abroad, our country's corn processing industry is in a stable adjustment period. Our government encourages the industry merger to form leading enterprises with strong processing capacity and high utilization, the effort for the growth of the corn processing industry chain, and the formation of industry with international competitiveness and influence, then the sustainable economic development and farmer's income promotion brought along.This article holds the opportunity to study the situation of current change in Chinese International Logistics fluid type and flow, and the problem of major flow of international logistics corn processed, based on corn processed products theory related with international logistics, international logistics theory and the gray theory, in qualitative analysis. In order to better solve the problems encountered with international logistics corn processed, we need analyze the factors affecting the international logistics demand of our Corn Processing Products to make more targeted policy for the development of Chinese International Logistics of corn processed. In this article the gray relational analysis method is used, conforming to the data available, quantizing and independence, and quantitative indicators used for the qualitative analysis of factors of international logistics of processed corn products. Through association analysis, the conclusion got is that: in the international logistics demand for processed corn products, the most closely two factors are capacity of the port berth and operation mileage of the highway. Based on the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the primary solution of the problems in international logistics of processed corn products is proposed. The first is to start with the basic international logistics facilities, accelerating the infrastructure construction and development. The second is to build a good network of international logistics and to improve related information system.
