Over 30 years of reform and opening, China's export processing industry internationalization is persistently arising, it has become an important strength in driving national economic development. However, the growth of China's export processing industry is till in an extensive growth mode, mainly dependent on advanced technology and financial strength of the multinational companies engaged in OEM production, and always located at bottom of the industrial chain with lower value-added and higher energy consumption. In recent years, due to the gradual rise in labor costs, the increasing scarcity of natural resources, the combined effects of financial crisis, the increasingly fierce international competition and the uncertainty of future economic performance, it has become a trend for China's export processing industry in transformation and upgrading, without delay.Firstly, in this paper, in view of China's export processing enterprises current operating status, combined with the unpredictability of the world economic environment and trade protectionism gradually rise, with China's macroeconomic control policy and economic growth mode transformation, it leads the issue to study, clarify that, to achieve sustainable development, the export processing enterprises must undergo transformation and upgrading. Also, several possible transition paths have been put forward at this stage, emphasis on enhancing the development of independent brands as well, then make comparative analysis of the feasibility on OEM and own brand domestic market, domestic and foreign trade integration, and international market, respectively. Finally, in the view of Group H as an example, combined with management, strategic science and other related theoretical knowledge and the use of SWOT analysis, do research and analysis for the current Group H in transition to implement brand strategy, capacity strategy for sustainable development and independent innovation strategy and other advantages, later on make the basic conclusions in transformation strategy study, and bring forward the overall strategic framework and implement recommendations for the Group H in transformation and upgrading.This study does have certain reference value and guide on the development direction and strategic planning for China's export processing enterprises in the transformation,...
