Study On The Path For Hexi Area In Gansu Region Development

Carrying out coordinated development of regional economy is one of the central problem that has been a regional economies research and also the target that the interactional community pursues during the process of the economic development. Since the reform and opening up,China has obtained great achievement,and the people's living standard has raised continuously .However , during this process , the space structure becomes seriously imbalanced, caused by the space development which is out of order. It mainly embodies in the great gap between the urban and rural residents'income,the serious problem of regional resources and environment,etc. In this background,the Chinese government put forward《Program Outline of the1lth Five-Year-Plan of National Economy and Social Development of the People's Republic of China》,the outline points out the concept of the main functional regions(TMFR)for the first time,and makes it as one of the most important measure to promote the coordinated development of regions. Therefore,research on the path of region development in TMFR is of profound theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, research on the path of regional development in Hexi region of Gansu, analysis status of regional development and the plight and opportunities in the future in Hexi in the context of main functional areas. Then, propose the protection mechanisms for regional development.This paper is divided into sixth chapters altogether: Chapter one is exordium,it mainly introduces the purpose and value of the research on the path of the region development of Hexi areas, the research status at home and abroad,and the research methods chosen by this paper and so on. Chapter two introduces theoretical basis for this article and outlined the main -function zoning of the related concepts, content, features, as well as the distinction between related divisions. And discuss on the basis theory for coordinated development. Chapter three analyses the present situation of regional development in Hexi area. Based on the perspective of the main functional areas, construction evaluation index system of regional development of Hexi area .And with the coefficient of variation of principal component analysis and evaluation of the carrying capacity of resources and environment index, the development of density index, potential for development index, combined with the actual situation in Hexi region and make policy decisions for the future development direction. Chapter four is propose the path of region development for Hexi area. Analysis of the difficulties and opportunities for regional development in Hexi area, propose the path which push forward the ecological civilization and construct the ecological of industrial system. Chapter five is propose supporting measures for regional development in Hexi area. Chapter 5 is girding a brief summary of the article, also arriving to the basic conclusions, discussing the exceptions and some weakness in study of major function division.
