The chained supermarket is a kind of newly arisen retail trade mode,it develops quickly in the recent years .However, there is few evaluation index sign systems and evaluation methods for the chained supermarket as so far.Therefore, it is of important significance to try to study this theories for the enterprises.It could not only help the enterprises to reflect their operate results precisely,and also improve their operation mode.In this way, the enterprises can promote the whole competitive advance,adapt to the whole world competition environment.This article made some study deeply on evaluation methods and the analyzing tool—Balanced Scorecard.On this foundation, it builds the Balanced Scorecard of the chained supermarket D with the strategy target of this company.It is the special point in this article which is different from the former studies.This study constructed a performance evaluation for chained suppermarket performance,It developed a system including finance, customer, internal-process and the ability of learning. To evaluate the chained supermarket,the study picks up construction characteristics,and reduces characteristics to make sure the evaluation being previously.Then, adopt the method of Delphi(expert opinion investigate method)analyzes the level of structure combinations, with the AHP to give each of the index sign heavies.Then, it builds the evaluation with synthetical method and applies this method practically at last.In this way,we can find the critical characters in the performance measurement system of the chained supermarket,and we can improve the weakness,strengthen the advantages.Thus,enhance the whole performance of the chained supermarket.
