The core of enterprise competition is the competition of talents, whereas the explore and training of the talents are the main channel of talents competition. Along with the expansion of social industrial division, the focus of the enterprises turns to building and perfecting the training system for employees. The core power of completion for enterprise, which drives the development of enterprise, embodies a concentrated reflection of talent competition.Conducting employee training is an important method of developing the human resources, and a crucial way of improving enterprise core competition, and the need for catching up the rising fierce completion for enterprises. It is impossible to improve the comprehensive abilities of employees through attending a simple few classes or lectures. Due to some limited resources within an enterprise, it is quite difficult to reach the training expectation, and can't conduct appropriate training to employees in time. In order to improve the training results, it is necessary to develop the enterprise resources so to fully realize the value of talents.Enterprise training system is a recourse management system that the enterprises need to build by themselves, which can be divided into four parts:analysis of training demand, design of training method, implementation of training and feedback of training. Meanwhile, enterprise business strategy and employee status need to be taken into consideration as a whole, so to achieve expected result. All of them are supplements to each other and looped together in the whole process. Therefore, any of them has something wrong, the final result will be influenced, but if necessary methods being implemented, the human resource management level will be highly increased for the enterprise.Currently, the study of the enterprise training system lies mainly in two areas as the curriculum design and implementation. While the major weakness of the enterprise training system is that there is no systematic and clear view of training system and process in general. Therefore, the main content of this thesis will be based on these areas:analysis of training demand, design of training method, implementation of training and evaluation of training results. Integrating the practical need of the internal training services and the possibility of conducting the methods, I will give some suggestion and discussion on the building of enterprise employee training system.
