| Talent is the key for a company's development. Since entering the 21st century, with the rapid expansion of knowledge-based economy and the acceleration of globalization, talent has become the essence of competition among companies. Consequently, the introduction and training of qualified personnel become more and more important. As an efficient way to enhance staff quality and guarantee the talent supply, internal staff training gets more attention in modern economic management practice. However, it still demands great effort to design a scientific and reasonable training system. This thesis conducted a study on this issue.This thesis synthetically used research method of literature retrieval, inductive analysis and comparison analysis. It's starting from sorting out the basic conceptions, summarizing the results of existing studies, and examining the relevant theoretical background. Then the thesis take N company, which belongs to China National Petroleum Corporation, as an example, systematically discussed the establishment of corporate training systems and related problem solving strategies. Design an advanced and effective training system for N company is the main line of this thesis. It starts analyzing the company's situation and further developing strategy, and concludes N company's current problems of its staff training system, and then made several specific recommendations to solve them.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, building high-quality personnel is critical for enterprises. Corporate training system design aimed at establishing an effective system to clarify training objectives and solve practical problems, thus continuing to improve company's performance, enhance its competitiveness, and finally realize its development strategy. Therefore, it's very significant both theoretically and practically to conduct a study on corporation training system design. This thesis would like to present some views and suggestions through shallow analysis and sharing the author's years of training experience, and furthermore, to contribute a bit to the improvement corporation training system. |
