Research On Independent Innovation Supporting System Of Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Enteprises In Heilongjiang Province

As a complex giant system interacted with knowledge, economy, and society, independent innovation has its own characteristics like openness and nonlinearity, and it needs a support system with clear orientation and complete function to guarantee its operation. The fundamental way to promote independent innovation of enterprises is to build a independent innovation support system, which is decided by the diversity and hierarchy of support element and condition element which influence the process of independent innovation, and also by the conflicts between the complexity of independent innovation and present situation of enterprises innovation. There is practical significance to construct and analyze the independent innovation support system of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, as it will help enterprises to cultivate and reveal innovation vitality, to construct and maintain competitive advantage, and to gain optimal economic benefits. The contents of this dissertation as follows:First of all, to define the research premise, this thesis theoretically constructed the independent innovation support system of equipment manufacturing enterprises. It analyzed its connotation and characteristics, and explored the relationship between the support system and the independent innovation system. On this basis, the structure of the support system was divided into two parts, which are internal support system and external support system. As the internal material and cultural environment to keep durative competitive and development, the internal part consisted of some subsystems like management and system, innovation input, knowledge stock, manufacturing and marketing, while as the innovation support elements related to the outer environment, the external support system consisted of some other subsystems like market environment, policy, resource environment, service environment, scientific technology and social culture.Secondly, the dissertation researched the operating mechanism and interaction mechanism of the independent innovation support system of equipment manufacturing enterprises. From the perspective of complex system coupling, it expounded the operating mechanism of not only the internal and external support systems but also the whole system. The operating mechanism of internal support system consisted of mechanisms of decision, coordination, inspiration and synergy, while the external support system consisted of government macro-control, market guidance, impetus, coordination and guarantee mechanism. With chances provided by external support system and be guaranteed by the internal part, those operating mechanisms integrated into the independent innovation system to assure the positive operation of the independent innovation system. On this basis, the mechanism of the independent innovation support system of enterprises was discussed from 3 aspects, which were the formation mechanisms of innovation impetus, behavior, and capability.Then, an empirical study was established as follows. (1) The situation analysis of support system. According to the research data, the data released by authorities and literature summary, the current situation of equipment manufacturing enterprises’development and independent innovation had been analyzed thoroughly. (2) Based on the "impetus-behavior-capability" mechanism, an evaluation index system was designed to illustrate the operation effect of the independent innovation support system of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. The operation effects were evaluated by PSO evaluation model with data from 203 equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. (3) The correlation of the subsystems of the independent innovation support system of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province was concluded, arranged and analyzed by the method of System Dynamics. The trend of each variable in each subsystem was predicted through simulating, and the result of the simulating provided reasonable basis for future construction of independent innovation support system of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.Last, the optimization countermeasures of independent innovation support system of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang province. According to the comparison between the result of the foresaid evaluation and the result of the simulating, optimization countermeasures were brought forward, which would meet the need and developing rules of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.This dissertation deepened and also developed theories of independent innovation, and related field as well. It also provided practical and feasible countermeasures to optimize independent innovation support system of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
