To Study On Real Estate Industry's Operating Performance Based On Financial Crisis Background

2008's economic crisis,which have sweeping the globe,made the pace of rapid growth in the global economy slowly stop, and the global economy shows unsightly scene. Bank have declared bankruptcy, some of the world's leading enterprises have either restructured, or been acquired. Overall global economic slowed down in the trend, the world's overall employment situation has deteriorated and the global trade have retard.Real estate business is the carrier of the real estate industry, and developing a thriving business is directly related to the development of the industry, so the real estate industry for operations and financial performance analysis is extremely important.This paper reviewed the development of real estate industry in China, analyses the industry and enterprise features, and analyzes the problem whether there are bubble economy in the real estate industry. Through the relevant data read today's investigation, this paper analyzes the economic crisis of the real estate industry in China under the current operation. Then it analyzes the internal factors of the real estate industry, researches on economic crisis situations, establishes the related indexes, studies the financial performance of some characteristics.This article looked up China Statistical Yearbook and analysed China's construction industry operating status; then intercepted in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market report on the construction companies in the financial performance of some analysis, and then draw the above analysis relevant conclusions. This article hopes that the real estate industry shall tide over the economic crisis, maintain their own advantages, the recovery is coming to prepare the economic situation.
