China is a big trading country,and the economy is highly dependent on foreign countries.Export oriented small and medium-sized enterprises in China's foreign trade quota in the total amount of about 70%,the good development of enterprises in China's economy plays an important role in the smooth running.With the development of TPP,the market environment of China's export oriented small and medium-sized enterprises has changed a lot.The enterprises should actively adjust the business model to improve the environmental adaptability and keep long-term development.In view of this situation,the subject of business model transformation of export-oriented small and medium enterprises under the TPP background were studied.First of all,the relevant information of the TPP was sorted out.The zero tariff,the principle of origin and some high standards implemented by TPP will have "trade diversion effect" on China.The research results of the transformation of export-oriented SMEs have been sorted out,and the study ideas of business model transformation are determined.The transformation of business model begins with strategic transformation,succeeds in product innovation,and finally protected by organizational behavior.Then,analyzed the development status quo of export-oriented SMEs.Most of the major exporting regions are TPP countries.The products are mainly concentrated in electromechanical,transportation and textile industries.Widely adopted production(OEM)type,production + sales and sales-oriented ? This paper analyzes the main products,market distribution,product circulation mode and competitive strategy from the business scope and business strategy.On this basis,the paper analyzes the influence path of TPP on the existing business model of China's export-oriented SMEs,such as: less international market demand,increasing competition pressure and changing market demand structure.Then,the author analyzes the transformation of Chinese export-oriented SMEs under the background of TPP.From the perspective of strategic transformation,enterprises can choose: 1)to cooperate with large-scale enterprises in the domestic market;2)to build their own brands to enhance their marketing strength;3)transfer of international target market;4)cooperate with each other to occupation the foreign markets.The transformation of the strategy needs to be carried out by product transformation.The topic analyzes how the enterprise should transform the product from the aspects of industry environment,market segmentation and product development.Then the paper puts forward the safeguard tactics of the transformation of the operation mode of the Chinese export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises: the enterprise should pay attention to the personnel training;adjust the organization structure,change the management idea;the government should strengthen the support to the small and medium-sized enterprises,perfect the related management system.At last,analyzes the development process,transformation mode of Huaying Group to give the reference to the transformation of China's small and medium-sized enterprises...
