Based on a comprehensive analysis and drawing on the domestic and international supplier evaluation theories and methods, the paper study the scientific evaluation methods of the fabric supplier, by a typical representative of a large leisure clothes enterprise in domestic as a case study. Fist, make an in-depth and detailed investigation in the garment enterprises, and collect the experts advices; second, determine the fabric supplier evaluation factors and index; third,using AHP determine the index weight, thus build fabric supplier evaluation system. Form product quality, supply capacity, cooperation and technical capabilities, basic strength of the five levels to comprehensive evaluate the fabric suppliers. Then, carry out the empirical research and analysis for the evaluation system, confirmed the evaluation system has the effectiveness and feasibility.Through the study of the fabric supplier evaluation system for the comprehensive strength, research the method of the supplier evaluation.
