The Research On Information Disclosure Of Intellectual Capital Of Chinese Listed Company

The advent of the knowledge economy highlights the role of the "knowledge" in economic growth. Intellectual capital is the most decisive factor of knowledge economy. Economic form leap from the industrial age to the knowledge economy age, competition among enterprises turned to Intangible Assets. Intelligence and knowledge turned into the key to victory. Therefore, whether State or enterprises, the management is turning to the intellectual capital investment. Intellectual capital has become the focus of competition.Intellectual capital is critical for the development of enterprises, but the intellectual capital is still a forgotten corner. We need to adopt a new information disclosure framework of intellectual capital, which can reflect the real business value of intellectual capital.In this paper, based on recent studies, I develop a descriptive framework of the components of intellectual capital disclosed in the annual report. Then I studied the level of Intellectual capital information disclosure of these listed companies and analyzed the characteristics and trends of intellectual capital disclosure.I try to use empirical methods to study the value of intellectual capital disclosure, finally, analyzed intellectual capital information disclosure patterns of Chinese listed companies and build a new disclosure framework.The innovation of this paper is to use Content Analysis Method studied information disclosure of listed companies, which can reveal the qualitative indicators. All samples were randomly selected from listed companies, so this method is more scientific.Measurement model were used to study the relationship between market value and the degree of Intellectual information disclosure. At the end, I construct a new model of intellectual capital report.
