Improve The Supply Logistics Of H Company In BTO Mode

The competition of automotive industry in the 21 st century has changed from the direct companies competition to the supply chain competition. The increasingly intense competition force the companies continuously improve production mode to reduce inventory and logistics costs.BTO production mode by many enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, however, the adoption of BTO must be accompanied by changes in the supply of logistics management.This article studies the supply chain management of H company, analyses the features and problems of it's supply logistics before and after the adoption of BTO. Finally give the integrated plan for H Company based on requirements of BTO.The article focusing on analyzed several of todays more advanced SCM techniques and methods, including:ABC classification, JMI and Milk Run. Make research and analysis for the inventory management, logistics and distribution management of H Company. Provides a set of scientific supply logistics management ideas and methods thus could reach optimization service level, reduce inventory cost, and better meet its BTO production mode. At the same time, it gives some advises for other manufacturers who want to use BTO mode.
