Recently, according to the rapid development of our dairy industry, and theincreasing demand for dairy shopping, the dairy products’ guarantee quality andsecurity are being more and more important. However, there are numerous qualityproblems of raw milk and dairy products in our country at present. The negativeincidents of dairy quality and safety happen occasionally, causing the urgent demandsfor improvement of the management of quality and safety.This study started from the aspect of the industrial chain of dairy products,focused especially on the influence of dairy farmers’ producing conducts on raw milkin order for discussing. This study performed questionnaire survey of the basicfeatures and safety producing behaviors of dairy farmers in Wuhan, analyzed thecurrent situation, feature, advantage, and shortage of safety producing behaviors ofdairy farmers. Finally, for the purpose of improving the quality and safety of raw milkin our country, this study gave advises from three layers, namely peasant household,milk station and government, in order for better controlling the quality of raw milk. |
