Research On Cost Management And Controlling In Agent Construction Of Government Investment Project

At present the construction-agent management model is widely used in the management of government invest project. How ever,research on the optimizing of relevant management system is further explored. The construction-agent part is an important participation,the management level will impact the government invest project's construction effect directly. Investment is a major indicator of the invest effect, the thesis probes into the management rules and tools,on the basis of the research on the cost management and project management theory,gives a deep analysis on the characters of construction-agent model. The thesis tries to establish a cost management and controlling system integrated of decision,account,analysis,checking and controlling. The system is carried out in the Tongli Property Management Center,and further research on the operation mechanism of responsibility,restraining,guarantee,and performance. At the last of the thesis,the application of the system in a project of Tongli Property Management Center has proved the effectiveness of established system.The research of the thesis is a further exploration on the construction-agent management model. Actually,the cost,time,quality are tightening related,the cost management and controlling system has sufficient regarded the relation to guarantee the rationality of the system.
