| Most power plants are facing competition in the immediately changed markets,but there are no unified models or evaluation indicators and evaluation criteria for independent power companies.The main contents of this paper is to sulve above issues and results are as follows:First, the competitiveness model of Power Plant was established. Based on many years of working experiences and by virtue of scholar's viewpoint from home and abroad,after analysing the power plant value chain model,the auther build up the comprehensive competitiveness modle.The modle consists of three critical indicator,that is,performance competitiveness,real one and potential one.The article analyses how the modle was affected by power plant value chain deeply.Second,analyse Qinhuangdao Power Plant competitiveness thoroughly.Compared with Huaneng Dalian Power Plant,Tianjin Dagang Power Plant,and Datang International Power,using level analysis in comprehensive competitiveness.Point out four major measures for Qinhuangdao Power Plant to optimize its government after analyzing such figures.Third,measures for Qinhuangdao Power Plant to enhance its competitiveness.Measures such as building or staking new power plant,optimizing coal management, lifting sales on electricity and enhancing application usetage was mentioned to provide continuous support for the construction of all aspect of competitiveness. |
