The Study On The Case Based Reasoning System For Enterprise Knowledge Management

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the core part of enterprise resources system. How to implement knowledge management (KM) has becoming the key point of enterprise's rebuilding its core competence. To enhance enterprise's ability for managing tacit knowledge, and to increase the organizing level and benefit of case-knowledge in both space and time dimensions are the main matter and difficulties in knowledge management validly. However, they are just the weaknesses for current knowledge management study.Therefore, in this paper, the train of thought, content, target and significance of the study are studied firstly, which improve the study level and fulfilling benefit of enterprise knowledge management, based on applying cased based reasoning (CBR). Then, the history, technical thought and superiority, and system working process of case based reasoning, are introduced and analyzed in detail. Simultaneously, the meaning, connotation and importance of KM are interpreted, and some correlative conceptions are differentiated and analyzed. On this basis, two basic thoughts to bring case based reasoning in the process for enterprise to implement knowledge management are discussed deeply.As the core part of this paper, the case based reasoning system architecture for enterprise knowledge management is designed and put forward. In the meanwhile, this paper discusses the system's hierarchy and characteristics. And then, this paper analyzes deeply the elements of three functional extents of the system which are applying main body, system interface and application supporting layer, the responsibility of main body, the meaning of interface, working mechanism of subsystem, the matter needing attention, etc. Wherefore, there exists both theoretically coaching significance and applying importance of the system architecture.
