Enterprise culture refers to the highest goal, value system, the basic beliefs and the organization code of conduct that are associated with the organizational behaviour and abide by the mainstream consciousness. These highest goal, value system, basic beliefs and the organization code of conduct are nurtured by all staff in running process of the enterprise. Enterprise Culture appeared in the eighties of the 20th century in the Western business community. After China's reform and opening up, enterprise culturewas introduced into China, the domestic stakeholders given great attention to it, and was applied to the daily management of enterprises by business managers.In order to adapt to the new situation and new tasks, Shandong Branch, Bank of China (SDBOC) put on the building of enterprise culture on daily work processes, adhering Bank of China's core concept to pursue their own distinct features. But generally speaking, now SDBOC's research and practice of enterprise culture is basically still in the exploratory stage, don't have theory of the formation of relatively mature. So, how to really control, change and improve the SDBOC's enterprise culture, combine the theory of the enterprise culture with bank's practical work, formation of a more systematic thought have very important theoretical and practical significance. The article is from this perspective, Through literature review, field research, interviews and other methods to study SDBOC's construction of enterprise culture.The main contents of this thesis consists have six parts:the first chapter, introduction, introduces the background and significance of topic, content and methods of this study, the paper's main innovation and contribution. The second chapter, summary of the main theories of enterprise culture, including the definition of culture, cultural studies and foreign companies, banks and other content of enterprise culture. The third chapter, enterprise culture of China's banking and SDBOC industry analysis of the situation, including the four major commercial banks, corporate culture, corporate culture medium and small joint-stock banks and foreign banks, corporate culture, etc Then analyse the situation about the enterprise culture of SDBOC, introduce SDBOC's basic developments, including banking and corporate culture development, followed by the construction of corporate culture problems and deficiencies that exist in a comprehensive search and the causes of these problems. The fourth chapter, design the enterprise culture strategic system, and the optimization strategy for enterprise culture, including the overall corporate culture goals, objectives and mission and corporate objectives, entrepreneurship and business values, and put forward countermeasures program mainly in management philosophy, personnel and distribution of ideas, business style and service philosophy. The fifth chapter, Mainly expounds the construction of enterprise culture measures and the safeguard mechanism. The sixth chapter, the main point of this study are summarized and induction, and point out further research directions.
