| As a representative opening city in China, Hangzhou has been making great achievements in industry transformation and upgrading during recent years, however, it hasn't achieve the goal preset, trends towards intensive industry is still insignificant.Based on core competence theory, technological innovation theory, methods in Operational Research, Statistics and Econometrics,Hangzhou competitive export industries were decided, then SWOT analysis and innovation performance evaluation model were set accordingly, at last, we decided to make clear about the innovation performance of Hangzhou competitive export industries, factors affecting, and gave some suggestions.Main framework is as follows:firstly, based on core competence theory and technological innovation theory, we made their coupling relations as the breakthrough point to explain the reason why technological innovation was the key point of core competency. Secondly, divided 37 subdivided industries into 8 categories, then decided which categories were Hangzhou competitive export industries by both single index analysis and comprehensive multiple indexes analysis. Thirdly, employed SWOT analysis to make clear innovation environment both internal and external, used DEA-Tobit two-stage model to evaluate innovation performance of Hangzhou competitive export industries. At last, analyzed results and corresponding suggestions were given from core competency perspective.After analysis and calculation over and over again, we came to conclusions as follows: equipment manufacture industry and textile industry were competitive export industries of Hangzhou. Textile industry as traditional advantage industry, on one hand, it had a relative lack of innovation inputs, on the other hand, its pure technological efficiency especially the low scale efficiency make total efficiency off the front line; lack of inputs was the main reason of poor innovation performance of equipment industry. |
