Since 2006, Carrefour, Wal-Mart and other foreign supermarket giants have regarded China as an important strategic expansion, and expanded the accelerated rate in China. Foreign expansion brought increased competition to the supermarket industry. So the domestic supermarket chains will face fierce competition for market share. Under this situation, the local supermarket gradually revealed the weaknesses, such as business management, experience. And these weaknesses are most of its logistics management problems, such as logistics efficiency and low efficiency, or the expansion of the shop while ignoring investment in the distribution center, the lack of logistics management personnel, the lack of sophisticated logistics cost and performance management. From this, the chain operator, logistics efficiency and effectiveness of research can be said to be critical. In this paper, author adopts system dynamics to study distribution system efficiency of the supermarket chain. This paper first introduces the theory of the chain, system dynamics theory and modeling methods, and then studys the status of our supermarket distribution. Based on that, the article builds a system dynamics model. And subjects of the model are Wuhanzhongbai convenience supermarket distribution system, which includes a logistics distribution center and its three sales outlets. Model objective is to evaluate feasibility of experiments, which improve the efficiency of program delivery. Finally, the article gives some suggestions to improve distribution system efficiency of the supermarket chain.Through this paper, we hope that we can improve the relative question of logistics system to a theoretical level, at the same time we can improve the logistics system simulation in real life of the application level.
