Study Of Supply Chain Integration Process

The market competition environment of the 21st century has undergone significant changes, and the competition model has changed too, competition unit has transformed from enterprise to supply chain. Competition becomes more intense, and the living environment becomes more severe. Companies have to be node enterprise of supply chain if they want to survive and develop in such serious competition environment. The integration of companies is the integration of supply chain. Based on value chain theory, this paper researches on the integration process of value chain, and builds supply chain integration process mode to help enterprises becoming the node enterprise of supply chain.This paper reviews and analyzes the basic theories about supply chain integration process, which include supply chain, value chain and integration theory. At the same time, this paper elaborates the concepts, characteristics, principles and research situation of basic theories, and analyzes the process integration. Supported by the basic theories, this paper reviews the supply chain integration process of Ma Shihua, and considers that the model is short on the characteristics of "across organizational integration". Based on the model, this paper reconstructs the supply chain integration process model. The new model divides the process into five stages which are basic supply chain stage, basic supply chain integration stage, extended supply chain integration stage, ultimate supply chain stage, integrated supply chain dynamic league stage, and the paper does some analysis on the competition advantage in the process of supply chain integration.Finally, this paper makes case discussion and analysis about L enterprise supply chain. This paper analyzes the situation of L enterprise supply chain, and points out the problems of L enterprise supply chain. Based on the new model of supply chain integration process, this paper rebuilds L enterprise supply chain, and does effective analysis on the new supply chain. At last, we made a conclusion on the supply chain integration process model, and think the model will be helpful to the process of enterprise integrated into supply chain.
