The Development Strategy Of Bond Underwriting Of BOC Yunnan Branch

In response to the call of State Council on the development of China's capital market, to further active money market, People's Bank of China launched Debt Financing Instruments of Non-financial Enterprises in the Inter-bank Bond Market. Bond underwriting business has a profound impact for China's financial industry, banking sector restructuring, innovative services, and improving profit model. Bond underwriting for all commercial banks has become the forefront of quality customers, laying the basis of comprehensive management of quality products.This article describes the theory on the basis of bond underwriting, the impact to China's commercial banks and the need for the development of bond underwriting business. Through the analysis of status of bond underwriting, we pointed out the bank opportunities for development of BOC Yunnan branch, such as regulatory system has improved constantly, accelerating pace of product innovation, loans, new regulations, "the three ways a guideline" Implementation and the 2010 New Deal and other inter-bank dealers and so on. By example, a detailed analysis of the BOC Yunnan branch bond underwriting business problems, including the customer base is weak, lack of professional personnel, risk management mechanisms do not match, assessment and incentives are not in place and so on. To maintain the sustainable development of the business, BOC Yunnan branch have to emancipate our minds, change their ideas, positive thinking and the implementation of the Development of bond underwriting business to a new round of competition in the market in an invincible position.In this paper, we pointed out the goals and actual strategy of various stages of bond underwriti-ng business.
