Pu'er tea is produced in Yunnan and also the only tea product which is comparable with grape wine that gets better with age. Pu'er tea is rich in original content and has significant health effect; its taste style is highly variable and intriguing. For modern people who pay a lot of attention to health care, Pu'er tea is a healthy and attractive tea product, and Pu'er tea must have great growth potential tomorrow.The development of Pu'er tea was in drastic fluctuations in recent years, the reasons of it called for deep thought. A variety of reasons made Pu'er tea be shrouded under the veil of mystery of which the public can hardly understand, and the brand image of Pu'er tea is difficult to establish. The (?)vernment departments, however, is hardly to implement effective management to the industry, due to lacks of scientific guidance and experience. In this case, there are many practical application values of the study of Pu'er tea marketing strategy, to provide certain ideas for the government departments, and use "tea houses" as case studies and provide a reference for Pu'er tea enterprises.This article uses marketing of Pu'er tea as the object of study, integrates the theory and case study, the research of system thinking and use the Gap Analysis and Mathematical Statistics method as research tools. Through the application of chain management theory, supply chain management, customer relationship management and e-commerce marketing analysis, we analyze and discuss the marketing planning strategy of Pu'er tea, focus on the analysis of current situation of Pu'er tea industry, the main problems of Pu'er tea marketing and some marketing cases, we strive to put forward reasonable marketing proposals. Finally, after summing up of the future development trend of Pu'er tea, we put forward proposals and measures to the dealers, manufacturers and the government management departments respectively, hope to start further discussion and provide some inspiration to the Yunnan Pu'er tea industry.
