With the high-speeded development of domestic pharmaceutical industry and the further reform of state policy to the health care system, DDD pharmaceutical company, which is based on pharmaceutical preparations, is facing the complex and changeful living environment. The development of the enterprise is full of challenge, especially in the aspects of market environment, policy environment, competition pattern, changes in consumer trends and enterprise's own weakness. Therefore, the enterprise needs to make scientific the competitive strategy according to its real situation. Only in this way can it has reliable protection for healthy and rapid development.Through a detailed analysis of the macro environment and the competitive environment in the thesis, it isn't difficult to recognize the external environment; and through the analysis of the company's marketing model, production operations, purchasing patterns, the company organizational structure, the basic situation of the company human resources and profitability etc, we grasp the internal environment of DDD pharmaceutical company. And then by analyzing the company's internal weaknesses and strengths, the threats and opportunities, we can determine the aims and objectives of company's development strategy. What's more, we ultimately determine the competitive strategy of the company.Through analysis, the company has a comprehensive marketing system, strong research and development capabilities, strong profitability and other advantages. Meanwhile, it also has the irrational product mix, the staff of low quality and so on. The increased market demand, the growth industry concentration and the stiff price competition, the loyalty of old customer threat etc,are existing side by side and also need us to face. Therefore, we determine the growth-oriented strategy as the competitive strategy of the company. And the description of the competitive strategy, technology innovation strategy and market development strategy elaboration concretely reflect the advantages of growth-oriented strategy, demonstrating the scientific nature of the competitive strategy.How to implement business the competitive strategy into practicing to gain profits? The first step is making strategies, and moreover the key is putting the strategies into effect. By the detailed discussion of product, marketing, research and development, human resources, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions etc, we have made the content of basis strategy and particularly the measures of implementing differentiation strategy.We hope to streamline the development strategy of DDD pharmaceutical company and make contribution for the company to go further by this thesis.
