The Research On Success Factors And Performance Evaluation Of Agent Construction Projects

The implementation of agent construction in China conquers the abuse of the traditional ways of government investment projects, achieves professional construction management, secures the end of controlling investment and improving returns of investment and control level and gets a lot of experience. Some characteristics of agent construction determine that researches of its success indexes and factors should not be limited to the framework of success indexes and factors of common projects. Therefore, the major problem discussed in this article is how to treat specificity of agent construction on basis of the framework of success indexes and factors of common projects.This article firstly summarizes the course of the development of agent construction besides its relevant researches of success indexes, success factors and performance appraisal. Then we analyze advantage of agent construction, insufficiencies of implementation, success indexes of projects from the point of project life cycle and success factors from generation model of core value. Furthermore, key success indexes and factors are generalized according to different characteristics of enterprises. Secondly, this article studies incidence relations of success indexes and factors of agent construction by use of structural equation model through a case and digs out connections of influence of each factor to each index. Thirdly, we analyze and summarize theory of project governance relevant to studies of agent construction, and analyze characteristics of its ownership. After that, we research the influence to project governance structure, and investigate facilitating paths of success factors of agent construction based on project governance. Otherwise, considering the specificity of agent construction, facilitating paths of success of agent construction are studied from two parts of internal and external governance of project contract organization in the view of project governance. Lastly, a set of quiet complete performance evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation method system of construction agency of government investment projects is set up. Performance of construction agency is evaluated by structuring the hypermetrics and weighted hypermetrics by use of ANP, and its empirical study is made to set a theoretical foundation for carrying out performance evaluation system for construction agency of government investment projects.
