Along with the progression of global economy, performance management, recognized as one of crucial management systems, which has been implemented in various enterprises. Performance management system generally supports to achieve company's strategic development objectives through establishing performance objectives, implementing execution plan, providing employees with relevant counseling and coaching, reviewing and evaluating performance results periodically, delivering timely feedback and return to employees, as well as assisting with employees'career development.The research is developed on the basis of study and summary of performance management, salesperson performance motivators and salesperson performance management system combining with the author's practical performance management experience to study and analyze RF (China) Company's current situation of business management and salesperson performance management. Finding the problems of interactions and completion of performance planning, frequency and validity of performance evaluation, implementation of performance feedback, influence and implementation of performance motivation, the research suggests to improve the performance planning, performance evaluation, performance feedback, and performance motivation to support realizing RF (China) company's strategic objectives and salesperson development, and provide references to other multi-national companies in China regarding performance management issues.
