The paper is based on study of organizational structure reengineering of C Telecommunication Equipment Manufacturer Enterprise (C Enterprise for short) after-sales service system. According to the core competence of the industry, it analyzes industry environment, business strategy, human resource and scale of enterprise etc., which are contingency factors impacting organizational structure. At the same time, it analyzes TOP5 enterprise of telecommunication industry's service group organizational structure. Then puts forwards problems in current organizational structure from core capability, authority hierarchy and performance examination. Using theories of organization structure designs, the paper is conducted aiming to explore a kind of after-sales service system organizational structure that fit for corporation development. Also, with actual changing situations taken into consideration, it indicates challenges and guarantee measures for the organizational structure reengineering. So, this is a report of realistic significance.The paper consists of 8 chapters. Chapter 1 gives an overview on the contents, including object, significance as well as trains of thoughts and methods of the study, and describes definitions of some important terms. Chapter 2 puts forward contingency factors influencing design of organizational structure. Chapter 3 analyzes organizational structure of one of the best enterprise in telecommunication industry introduces key service capability of the telecommunication industry, and points out that service competence is the target of organization structure reengineering. Then, describes the strategy, core services and current organization structure of the after-sales service system of C enterprise. It analyzes core competence, authority hierarchy, and based on which, points out problems in the after-sales service system organization structure. These problems are also basis of organizational structure reengineering. Chapter 4 provides solutions of organizational structure reengineering, including detailed principle and scheme. It clarifies organizational structure and duties of service system headquarter, each marketing regions, representatives. Then we. analyze challenges brought about by organizational structure reengineering, and also put forward measures to guarantee implementation of the organizational structure reengineering. Chapter 5 made the conclusion of this study with references and acknowledgements.
