Express Mail Services is the most efficient information and goods delivery service in post industry, which is the core business of China Post. In recent years, with the state courier service market gradually open, the four major foreign express delivery companies, other state-owned delivery companies, and private delivery companies are gaining more and more market share, which bring huge impact on EMS business of China Post. The market share of China Post's EMS business keeps declining, while the delivery market size is growing rapidly. Under the new competition situation, how to consolidate even increase the market share of EMS is the new challenge China Post encounter.After analyzing the status of JiangXi Post's EMS business and the comparison with other major competitors, based on 4P, major account management, grid marketing theories, applying focus research, case study and SWOT research tools, this article state the advantage, disadvantage, chance and threaten of JiangXi Post. Moreover, propose EMS service target market and position, and also a compose strategy of product, price, promotion and place. This article also proposes the action plan, facing the challenges of delivery industry open.
