Vigorously developing automobile industry in national economy in China is one of the important parts of the twelve five-year planning goal, however automobile industry survival development key is car sales itself. Car sales personnel as automobile products and automobile market propaganda work main strength, their competence level determines the 4S inn (auto service enterprise) development of success and failure. Adopt scientific method determines car sales personnel interview, training and other comprehensive evaluation was naturally become the enterprise's main task. So the researchers at jiangxi YunTong car company car sales personnel of competence model building correlation analysis and its application in ways research.The main focus of this study include five parts:the essay mainly includes six parts: the first part of this study the problem of background, purpose and significance, and the study of innovation points place; The second part mainly introduces competence quality models theory and research situation of research results, this paper will also create in these theory foundation, The third part is the core part of this paper, through introducing jiangxi YunTong car company's sales personnel competence status of its sales personnel's quality models, The fourth part summarizes the study achievement, and in get competence quality model designed on the basis of corresponding measures solution; The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect were pointed out the insufficiency and the main development direction of late.
