In the digital era,the competition between traditional service enterprises is more and more dependent on the creativity and service consciousness of scientific and reasonable talent team.As a typical life service industry,the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry depends more on the service ability of front-line employees.Compared with the general industry,the beauty industry is special in that its sales staff must have the ability of beauty service at the same time,which poses a great challenge to the talent recruitment of beauty industry enterprises.This paper selects G company,a famous beauty industry enterprise in D City,as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in its sales talent recruitment management,tries to optimize its sales talent recruitment management process by using theoretical analysis and model construction;and through comparative analysis and evaluation of the effect of process optimization,the final conclusion is drawn.The research object of this paper is to G company sales personnel recruitment management process,combined with the past recruitment problems,through the G company employees,front-line managers,senior managers and other on-the-spot interviews and questionnaire survey,combined with the case study method,found that the problems of enterprise recruitment management are:the recruitment process of sales personnel is not standardized;the description of the responsibilities of sales personnel is not clear Clear;the company has not established a professional recruitment team;the final recruitment results of sales personnel are not effectively evaluated.The key reason for these problems is that the beauty industry is a low threshold industry,the supervision of regulatory departments is not in place,leading to uneven quality of industry personnel;enterprises do not pay attention to the construction of human resources department recruitment team,lack of awareness of beauty sales personnel recruitment,with the development of the enterprise,the problem of information asymmetry in the process of sales talent recruitment is worsening.On the basis of the above phenomenon analysis,this paper uses game theory,mechanism design and other related knowledge to analyze the deep-seated reasons behind the information asymmetry problem,and based on the original recruitment,uses the competency model to improve and optimize the problems of G company's sales personnel post mismatch and high turnover rate.Solve the recruitment problem of sales personnel in G company and improve the effectiveness of recruitment.This paper focuses on the beauty industry sales personnel recruitment management process,through the improvement and optimization of the existing problems in recruitment management,improve recruitment efficiency,reserve a solid talent base for enterprise development.It provides some reference and reference for the beauty and cosmetics industry in sales and recruitment.
