Study Of Small And Medium Foreign Trade Enterprises' Growth Environment Under Financial Crisis

Since the reform and opening-up, China's small and medium foreign trade enterprises have emerged, developed and have been an inconvenient power in China's foreign trade business. These companies have been playing an important role in releasing employment pressure, improving economy and imploring new market. Because these companies are small in size, weak in resisting to crisis, they have to be adapting to the changes of external environment and accepting the changes passively.In the year 2007, the sub-prime crisis broke out in America, and then brought about global financial crisis, which generated a huge impact on world economy. As these companies growth environment went bad, they have crisis on survival. How to make these companies get rid of the problems and achieve a long-term survival is a problem in urgent need to solve. The key element to improve in a healthy and stable way is to create well external growth environment. Therefore the paper mainly discuss the problem of the external growth environment of small and medium foreign trade enterprises, construct the evaluation system on external growth environment and give suggestions on these companies'survival and development optimization by case study.The paper analyzes the pathways that the financial crisis'impact have on our country's small and medium foreign trade enterprises and these companies'survival status in the background of the world financial crisis. The article put the eyesight on the relationship between these companies and the financial crisis on the basis of reviewing masses of document at home and abroad. On the base of theory, we have expert consulting and visiting companies, sort out environment evaluation indicators and proposed a scientific and operable evaluation system on external growth environment of small and medium foreign trade enterprises.In the article, we make use of the evaluation system and have an evaluation on Wuxi small and medium foreign trade enterprises by survey. The results show the drawbacks in companies'growth environment on which proposed a service system for these companies in order to make a collaborative service among government, market, social service organization and these companies, and optimize these companies'growth environment.
