As Chinese companies "going global" strategy, very fast growth of foreign investment enterprises in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area———accelerating the process of building, Vietnam is a key area of investment of Chinese enterprises. Foreign direct investment, how to face and deal with cross-cultural conflict and cultural impact of corporate performance and business performance is one important factor. Resolve cultural conflict is one of the most effective way to management staff localization, that is, the parent company's foreign subsidiaries investor side of management personnel, particularly senior managers, key technical personnel and other key investment in the host country mainly by local officers. This paper reviews the use of foreign direct investment in Vietnam's process of foreign direct investment in Vietnam's current situation and development trend analysis. And in various domestic operations, international management, and are managers come from different cultural, political, economic environment, capital, raw materials, and information management resources in the global flow.
