| The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on the“Belt and Road” and “Two Corridors and One Ring” has pushed the economic and trade cooperation between China and Vietnam to a new stage of development.As China's largest trade partner in ASEAN,in recent years,Chinese companies have increased their direct investment in Vietnam and their investment fields have continued to develop.In 2017,China has become the fourth largest country for direct investment in Vietnam.It can be seen that Vietnam has become a major country for China to invest and build factories in Southeast Asia.Although Chinese companies have experienced a long period of development in Vietnam,due to the influence of international political structure,China and Vietnam itself,Chinese companies still face political,economic and cultural investments in Vietnam.The risks have seriously restricted the development of Chinese companies in Vietnam and the enthusiasm of Chinese companies to invest in Vietnam.Therefore,how to prevent the risks of Chinese enterprises from investing in Vietnam has become the main problem that Chinese enterprises need to solve in order to invest in Vietnam and Vietnam to attract Chinese enterprises.Based on this,the thesis firstly sorts out the concept of foreign investment,foreign investment theory and risk theory.According to the theoretical basis,the paper summarizes the current situation of Chinese enterprises' investment in Vietnam through the analysis of data,and theoretically explains the investment of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.The main risks,in order to further explore the impact of different risks on Chinese companies investing in Vietnam,the paper uses AHP AHP toempirically analyze the impact of different types of risks,and conduct a questionnaire survey on Huawei's investment risks in Vietnam,and finally propose Chinese enterprises.Preventive measures for direct investment in Vietnam.Through research papers,three conclusions are drawn: First,the risks faced by Chinese enterprises investing in Vietnam mainly include political risks,economic risks,cultural risks and management risks.The degree of influence of different risks on Chinese enterprises investing in Vietnam is constantly changing.Second,through empirical analysis,it is concluded that the current Chinese enterprises are mainly facing political risks in investing in Vietnam.The main reason is that Vietnam's anti-China sentiment is relatively serious in recent years,which has led to significant political risks for Chinese companies to invest in Vietnam.Third,the overall risk of Chinese Huawei's investment in Vietnam is relatively small.This shows that although Chinese companies are facing a relatively large political risk in investing in Vietnam,the economic,cultural and other risk factors are very small,so the overall risk is still within the controllable range.Especially with the continuous deepening of political and cultural exchanges between China and Vietnam,the investment of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam will continue to rise in the future. |
