Along with the deepening of the economic globalization and integration, the number of foreign-funded enterprises is constantly increasing. In the process of obtaining and maintaining the core competitive advantages, enterprises are facing various challenges, and human resource is becoming more and more important, especially in the manufacturing enterprises, which based on professional knowledge and modern technology. If enterprises want to strengthen core competitiveness, the most important factor is keeping talents. The turnover of skilled employee becomes a serious problem to a company. The writer have been working at E for 7 years as a senior manager, he thinks that the most urgent problem E company needed to solve is high losing rate of talents.This research has chosen the skilled employee as the research's objects. Questionnaires designed according to skilled employees'characters were collected from more than a hundred skilled employees that had voluntarily left the corporation during the year 2007 to 2009. And the data of these questionnaires were later analyzed by analyzing software. Meanwhile, interviews were taken to those skilled employees and some managing staffs who were serving the company during the survey.The main research items are as follows: The characteristics and causes of skilled employees'turnover in E company, What moves can be taken to lower the high turnover, How to help the managing group members and HR to find a scientific way in reducing skilled employees'irrational resignations.Meanwhile, some preventive measures such as knowledge management and back talents'storing were also introduced to reduce the influence of employees'loosing. Based on these, the author also introduced some measures on the handing over work and relationship managing work of resignations to bring fortunes to the company by the exploitation of leaving employees.
