The Study Of The Improvement Of Shenyang Shenbei Farmer Specialized Cooperative Economic Organizations

Party's 17th Congress pointed out clearly:"Resolution of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is related to the overall well-off society, which must always be the most important task as the Party." Third Plenary Session of the Party's 17th Congress also proposed that agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the causes of the party and the country's overall development. The income of peasants is the concentrated expression and core of the "Three Rural Issues". Impoving the income of peasants is the fundamental starting point and purpose of agriculture, rural areas. At present, the household contract management as the business model based on small-scale conflict with the general market more prominent,China's farmers face challenges of global economic integration and to accelerate the agricultural structural adjustment pressures, in a market economy is always at a disadvantage. Disadvantaged farmers cooperatives is a realistic choice out of the woods, set up the development of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations is to guide farmers to participate in market competition, changes in the status of vulnerable groups, the thousands of families scattered small producers with a unified changing large markets in an effective measures.Taking Shenbei New District farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations as an example, this paper describes the characteristics and current development of professional farmers cooperative economic organization and operation, which from an empirical perspective to demonstrate its important role in increasing income of farmers, strongen government and farmers' confidence to develop cooperative economy in the organization.
