| In this thesis, the main elements of contract management of domestic enterprises are studied. The meaning, the current status, the problems and the possible solutions are analyzed. New ideas concerning domestic enterprises on the contract management of domestic debt are proposed by using the Chinese legal system, process management theory and risk management theory. There are five main aspects of my research work:(1) State the current contract management environment in China, analyze the current research done on contract management of domestic debt, summarize the main purpose of research on contract management and the related research methodologies, and clarify ideas pertaining to contract management.(2) Research the legal system of Chinese contract, process management theory, risk management theory, the role and the importance of debt contract management in improving management performance in a given enterprise, formation of market standards, with the purpose of maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and preventing business risk. Using this research, business managers' awareness of the debt contract management is enhanced.(3) Identify and investigate the varied problems encountered in domestic enterprise contract management, including the stages of debt contract preparation, signing, execution, and performance. This problem inventory provides the managers of enterprise contract management with clarity and intuition to solve these problems.(4) Analyze the causes of various kinds of problems mentioned; specify the categories and characteristics of these causes, and other related factors that affect these causes. A model is proposed to explain the origin of the causes, the operation and the impact of these causes on the normal management of basic debt contracts. Thus, it provides an accurate and effective "diagnosis" for the enterprise managers on debt contract management, enhances proficiency in debt contract management, and allows a faster growth rate for the enterprise itself. (5) Propose a concept for improving debt contract management after analyzing the domestic debt problems in contract management and the variety of causes of the problem, Further advice on content and methods in debt contract management philosophy, management models, management processes, risk prevention, and external environmental factors is put forward to ensure a more specific and clear contract management system will be available for enterprise managers. |
