| The EPC general contract is a popular engineering contracting mode in recent years in the world. In the fields of industrial construction which the main core technology is large device or process, the EPC general contract mode has been widely used. In EPC mode, the contracting scope of the general contractor has enlarged, the uncertainty of Engineering bidding has increased, contractor and owner generally sign the overall contracts with a fixed working time and total price, EPC contract tends to allocate most of probable risk that emerges from construction process to the general contractor. Therefore, the general contractor's risk management becomes the main work of the project mamagement. In such background condition, risk management process and risk management method of the EPC general contract are studied systematically in this paper.Risk management concept and system is studied in this paper. According to project life cycle theory, this paper analyses the relationship of risk management process and project life cycle, also analyses the applicability of the theory of the project life cycle from the Angle of EPC contractors. Risk management process model is proposed based on the project life cycle, the model fully consider the circulation and feedback of the risk management process, and it provides research foundation for the dynamic management of risk.Primary study is done on risk identification, risk estimate and risk assessment method which belong to the risk management process. The paper periodically analyses risk source of EPC project, applies risk measures, and gives some advices on application of qualitative and quantitative risk identification method. Based on the study of FIDIC contract, the EPC contract project risk is analyzed and some measures of risk is puts forward. On the basis of system analysis to engineering project risk estimate and risk assessment, ANP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to assess EPC project risk, and the model of this method is established to realize evaluation of the importance of the risk factors and the overall project risk. Relationships among the indexes in the risk assessment index systems are considered while they have a serious effect on the assessment results, and the network structure of evaluation index is established in this model. This paper realizes complex calculation of the network evaluation model with the software of super decision. The availability of evaluation model is proved in the part of empirical analysis and some risk response planning of case project are put forward. |
