| The technological innovation becomes the key factor that enterprises obtain core competence and then achieve sustainable development in the market economy. However, as value-added system how the enterprise technological innovation activities enhancing corporate value are still needed further revealed. At the same time, as comprehensive value creation activities, the enterprise technological innovation need the support of the environment especially the support of the enterprise financial system which has the same function with value creation. There are two parts in this thesis, namely, the value of technological innovation and the support of the financial system and both of them are united in the value-added process through the conjunction of technology and finance.This thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is the introduction about the background and the significance of the issue. Chapter two is the review about literature and theory. It consists of three parts, the connotation of technological innovation, the value of technological innovation and the the support of the financial system. Chapter three is the analysis about the value of enterprise technological innovation. Chapter four is the analysis about the support of the enterprise financial system. The two parts is the main content of this thesis. In the value analysis of technological innovation part, as the beginning to present the technological innovation and related enterprise theory. Then discuss the essence of technological innovation value and on the basis of this educe the model of it. Lastly, through analysing how the enterprise technological innovation enhances corporate value to interpret the value model of the enterprise technological innovation with relevant economic theory. In the financial support part, firstly analyze the conjunction of technological innovation and finance. Secondly, discuss the financial characteristics and the existing defects of technological innovation enterprise, then on the basis of this, combining with Characteristics of technology innovation cycle, educe the appropriate financial options which can promote the development of the enterprise technological innovation. Chapter five is the conclusions and forecasts of this thesis.As two different categories, there are some challenges in studying the conjunction of the enterprise technological innovation and the business finance. The possible innovation of the thesis are:(1) Propose efficiency utility Category, efficiency value-added Category, technology and finance integration. (2) Propose the essence of the enterprise technological innovation is efficiency utility to Consumers. This essence and labor theory of value are united in the enterprise products. (3)Through analysing the technological innovation and the financial functions, objectives and cycle, propose the conjunction of the technological innovation and the business finance. (4) Through analysing how the technological innovation enhances enterprise value, consummate the value model of technological innovation; Through analysing the financial characteristics and the existing defects of technological innovation enterprise, consummate the financial support model of technological innovation. |
