Human resources become the key factors of survival and development for enterprise in E-commerce age, and its importance has also been more and more important. However, with the development of social and economic, the turnover of human resources has become quite a common phenomenon, especially for the e-commerce businesses under the financial crisis, its personnel turnover is high, turnover rate is too high, and gradually attracted corporate attention. E-commerce refers to the men who master information technology and business theory and practical activities, the rules of information networks, environmental systems, and various types of electronic tools, they engage in commodity-Trading as the center of economic affairs activities high efficiency and low cost in the technical and economic highly developed modern society. E-commerce depends largely on the development of enterprises owned by the creation of knowledge, ability and skill level, therefore, e-commerce enterprise's human resources as a carrier of the skills and gradually become strategic resources for enterprise development. The application of e-commerce is more and more in China's economic development as the network development of globalization; Chinese experts predict that our country will be required over two million e-commerce talents in the next 10 years.This paper is divided into six chapters:the first chapter introduces the topics of background, and analyzes the theory the loss of human resources at home and abroad were, especially do a more detailed overview of research about the loss of human resources in e-business enterprise; the second chapter mainly analysis of the characteristics of human resources in e-business enterprise, while gives a brief introduction of game theory and its application in the application of human resource management; the third chapter focuses on the status quo loss of human resources in e-commerce businesses, and analysis its theoretical reason from the external environment, internal environment, personal factors and so on; the fourth chapter focuses on the application of the game theory in the loss of human resources, and construction Game Model of e-business reasons for the loss of human resources; the fifth chapter is demonstration part, first analyze the situation of the loss of human resources in Century Immortals of Changsha Bio-Technology Co., Ltd, then put forward the way to prevent the human resource loss of electronic business enterprise based on its reasons; Chapterâ…¥summarizes the results of this research and research defect and raised the future research directions.
