The Study On Urban Land Intensive Use During The Process Of Urbanization In Dalian

With the constant development of economy, the acceleration of urbanization pace and the constant enhancement of urbanization level, the scale of various construction land of Dalian increases continuously. It is become a hot issue of government planning department and related scholars that how to optimize urban land use structure, improve urban environment, raise land use benefit and promote the healthy development of city.Based on the connotation of intensive urban land use, the benefit evaluation index system of intensive urban land use in Dalian is established. The system mainly includes three target layer (economic benefit layer, social benefit layer and environmental benefit layer) and eight evaluation factors. Then, the level of intensive urban land use in Dalian from 1998 to 2008 is evaluated by principal component analysis, the evolvement law of the level during this period is analyzed also. The results show that: the level of intensive urban land use in Dalian increase yearly in studied time period, and the characteristics of slowly continuity and stage simultaneously appear in the process.At the same time, choosing the following six regions: Zhongshan, Xigang, Shahekou, Ganjingzi, Lüshunkou and Jinzhou as study area on the base of spatial distribution characteristic in Dalian city, establishing benefit evaluation index system of intensive urban land use according to the connotation of intensive urban land use and available data, and calculating the weight of evaluation index by expert evaluation method, the paper evaluates the level of intensive urban land use in study area. The results show that there is a trend of gradually decreased on the level of intensive land use the from city center to peripheral area. The level of intensive land use in Zhongshan, Xigang and Shahekou is higher; The level of land intensive use in Ganjingzi, Lüshunkou and Jinzhou region is lower.
