Study On The Cost Control In Whole Process Of Engineering Project At Liaohe Oilfield Company

Recent years the cost control in whole process of engineering project has been known by more and.more enterprises and applied as a method in their project management. The author wrote this thesis by investigating, researching and analyzing the implementation of the cost control in whole process of engineering project based on the related features of oilfield enterprise and some experiences in the oilfield surface engineering.During all stages of the cost control in whole process of engineering project, total cost should be controlled in the limit of approved amount and be adjusted as required for ensuring the available achievements-more investment incomes and more social benefits.For the enterprises that are going to implement and have been implementing the cost control in whole process of engineering project, the purpose of this study is to give some rational advice to the enterprises mentioned above, increasing the controllability of project management and enhancing the effectiveness of cost management.The article analyzes and discusses the issues of the cost control in whole process of engineering project. At first, the thesis covers the development history of the cost control in whole process of engineering project and implementation in China. Secondly, it mentions the current situation of the cost control in whole process of engineering project in the oilfield enterprise. Then, the author analyzes some problems of the cost control in whole process of engineering project in the oilfield enterprise.Finally, the thesis shows some positive strategies and optimized methods and a true case of the cost control in whole process of engineering project in the oilfield enterprise.I hope this thesis provides more academic foundations for these enterprises, especially oilfield enterprises which are going to implement and have been implementing the cost control in whole process of engineering project, increase the economic benefits of enterprises and promote strongly the progress of engineering project management of Chinese enterprises.
