The paper starts with a real case, in the first part of the paper, there is a basic introduction of the development of SR Sugar Group Co., Ltd. After two reforms SR Sugar Group Co., Ltd has achieved great effect but at the same time it faced many new problems. ate the basis of analysis the paper covers the macro-economics environment and industry and competition environment. While inside SR Sugar Group Co., Ltd, the Organization, HR, Marketing and Finance Management are analyzed.In the second part of the paper, all the elements of the development strategy of SR Sugar Group Co., Ltd are analyzed one by one. Respectively the macro-economics environment, the national industry policy, quantity and price of sugar both in China and worldwide. At the same time, the position of SR Sugar Group Co., Ltd in the sugar industry and competition is very important. After analysis of the condition of product and operation, the paper applies the SWOT model to analyze the Strength, Weakness, opportunity and Threat of SR Sugar Group Co., Ltd. After the analysis, the paper gets an evaluation result and it founds the whole strategy. The whole strategy system includes product and operation strategy, HR strategy, R&D strategy, finance management strategy and raw material strategy. According to the strategy system, we can make the guarantee methods of development strategy. The paper can give a scientific and operational ways and can guide SR Sugar Group Co., Ltd.
