A Research On The Development Strategy Of SBT

SOE reform has become the boom concerned under the large background to deepen the reform of CPC Central Committee, as a local state-owned assets management platform to face the change of the internal and external environment, SBT company is facing the enormous opportunities and challenges. SBT development strategy has been researched in the paper in order to promote the results of operations and long-term development SBT company and its subsidiaries, ensure the safety to increase value of state-owned assets, and play a guiding role in the development of the strategy.In this paper, SBT development strategy is researched as object, starting from the theoretical foundation of strategic management, discuss the concept, levels, tools and methods of strategic management. Secondly, utilize the PEST analysis model, SWOT analysis model, etc. to analyze the SBT company's internal & external environment, the focus points includes the macro environment analysis, industry environmental analysis, enterprise resource analysis, enterprise capacity analysis and the others; and then we have formulated SBT company's vision and mission as well as long-term business development goals, and proposed a strategy of development "one body, two wings, three guides, four powers" according to the actual situation of the company SBT, use the GE matrix analysis to determine the positioning of each business unit, and ensure the realization of company's strategic objectives; finally, we have established the ensuring measurements from the management & control model, human resources, investment & financing mode, information technology construction etc. for the strategy.This paper closes to the policy guidance, connects with the actual business tightly, complies with the law of business operations, which has a certain theoretical and practical value of reference.
