Study On Social Support Of Rural Residents Guaranteed By Rural Minimums Living Security System

After 30 years'reform and opening policy, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements under the leadership of the Chinese communist party. However, as the cost of reformation and opening to the world, the enlarging social vulnerable group is comprehensively concerned by all fields of the society. In fact, the question of concerning and solving the social vulnerable group has become inevitable; it is related to deepening the reformation, maintaining social stability and speeding up the economic development. With the implementation of the rural residents, residents guaranteed by minimum living security system have aroused widespread social concern. A satisfactory system of social support is very important in improving the quality of their life. Therefore, we should pay attention to these residents'social support network status.Building a good social support network in order to achieve maximum utility of rural minimum living security system is the purpose of article writing.Based on the theory supported by society and Maslow's need theory, the paper takes rural residents who are guaranteed by rural minimum living security system in Y region, Shanxi province as investigative objects to analyze their social support situation by quantitative and qualitative research methods in accordance with relevant research results.To be specific, we have reached three conclusions in this paper.Firstly, the residents formal social support comes form rural minimum living security system and new-type rural cooperative medical system. The formal social support is primary and incomplete.Secondly, the resident's informal social support come form consanguinity relationship, relationship and geopolitics. The informal social support is contingency and uncertaintyThirdly, coordination of rational system support and individual emotional support can make rural minimum living security system most effective.Fourthly, the influence on the residents'social support comes from states, communities, individuals etc.On the basis of above research and over-all influencing factors, this article comes to the conclusions and resolutions:First, improving the state system design and strengthening the sense of government responsibility to raise social insurance standard; closing to the farmers'practice, changing the requirements of new-type rural cooperative medical system; changing the method of support, enhancing the farmers'economically coping capacity.Second, improving the working methods of village committee and doing corresponding publicity work for farmers;using village resources to rationally define residents guaranteed by minimum living security system in a good ways;raising the standards of service and strengthening human care for the residents.Third, changing ideas of residents guaranteed by minimum living security system and the other farmers;improve their policy attention and social security consciousness; strengthening the construction of piety, making the family relationships more compactness; mutual benefits and reciprocity to enhance external support families.
