| In recent years, environmental pollution is more and more serious in our country,and agricultural non-point source pollution caused by livestock and poultry farming is caused widely public concern. With the guidance of livestock and poultry breeding industry and supporting the sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding pollution reduction work, the study of area of livestock and poultry breeding environment bearing capacity is indispensable. This article analyzed and compared the common method to livestock and poultry breeding approved environmental bearing capacity, put forward the corresponding methods of the scope of application, nitrogen balance of the most widely used method to further study its parameters.It try to determine the scope of the area of livestock and poultry breeding environment bearing capacity, through the empirical research to verify the exactness of the parameters. For livestock and poultry breeding of reasonable planning, reducing the livestock and poultry breeding pollution and the sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding has important significance., at the same time provide a reference for subsequent studies on environmental bearing capacity of livestock and poultry breeding. In this paper, the research conclusions are as follows:(1) When the analytic hierarchy process is used to livestock farming environment bearing capacity calculation, It comprehensive considering various factors, more data, subjective influence, suitable for using in a macro analysis of the bearing capacity of livestock and poultry breeding. System analysis method needs to be monitored for several years and statistics of BOD, COD, TP, TN and NH4+-N, but amount calculation method is simple. It is suitable for analysis and prediction of livestock and poultry breeding environmental capacity and it can determine the sustainable development potential. Nitrogen balance method using test data accuracy is high, the research scope is not subject to constraints.
