Abstract/Summary:
The downhole mechanical movable sieve jigger can promote green miningon the coal industry, and it can solve the dangerous problem about theaccumulation of coal gangue. More because of the process system andequipment simple structure, easy to operate, the downhole mechanical movablesieve jigger will become indispensable in the coal industry in the future greenmechanical equipment. In this paper, the downhole mechanical movable sievejigger overall design and jigging hierarchical principle is illustrated, and thekinematics analysis has been done for its drive mechanism. And calculate thetransient dynamic response, finally get the results of the transient dynamicresponse.The movement rules of the downhole mechanical movable sieve jigger hada great influence on the movable sieve body movement curve, further, influencethe sieving efficiency of coal and coal gangue. This paper established amathematical model of transmission mechanism,according to the closed vectorpolygon equation,to get the equation about the angular displacement, angularvelocity and angular acceleration of the rob. Then with the help of ANSYSWorkbench in it Rigid Dynamics of Rigid body kinematics analysis items for downhole mechanical movable sieve conveyor machine drive mechanism forsimulation and kinematic analysis, before and in order to verify themathematical model of the bar of the angular displacement, angular velocity andangular acceleration equation, and provide complete product design andapplication of the reliable theory basis.At the end of the paper, calculate the transient dynamic response, finallyget the results of the transient dynamic response. And get the stress anddisplacement changes of the transmission mechanism. It intuitive and accuratedisplay the characteristics of the transient dynamic response about the downholemechanical movable sieve jigger. And provide sufficient data for the design andapplication of the downhole mechanical movable sieve jigger.
