The Design And Research On Overall Scheme Of Downhole Movable Sieve Coveyor

With the unceasing enhancement of modern degree of coal mining technology, coal mine production continues to widen which leads to an increased amount of the gangues. Due to the amounts of accumulation of the gangue at the surface, the environmental problems has been increasingly prominent. In the new century, our country put forward the construction of resource saving and eco-friendly society. So green mining in coal mine become the development direction of coal industry in our country.Downhole separation technique for coal gangue as one of the key technology of green mining is the separation of coal and waste rock in underground directly, and will spoil in situ populated. In recent years, coal gangue downhole separation technology has been studied by many scholars, but there is no suitable for domestic and foreign mature underground coal preparation of complete sets of technology and equipment, it is limited to theoretical research or development phase. Therefore, improving technology and equipment of the coal mine coal preparation are indispensable links which offers effective way for safety accurate efficient separation of coal and gangue. Especially emphasizing the importance of environmental protection and the background of sustainable development in today’s society, the research of this project is very important.Through consulting a large number of data and scene researching, in this paper compares coal preparation methods and puts forward the coal mine dynamic screen conveyer technology coal slurry water processing technology and the borehole layout of the whole system. It is more suitable for underground work which have simple equipment structure compact, process system simple, running stability, very low failure rate and sorting ability characteristics.Downhole movable sieve conveyer machine is an important equipment underground coal preparation process, it is also a kind of dynamic screen conveyer machine, but it does not comply with the motion of the ground screen conveyer machine due to the special downhole conditions, putting forward the mechanical dynamic screen conveyer machine on the ground in retaining core technology and improving the structure which makes overall dimensions structure layout comprehensive safety performance and reliability can be adapted to the coal mine roadway layout and using conditions.Finally, the model of drive mechanism is established in3D software UG for the improved downhole movable sieve conveyer machine, the kinematics and dynamics simulation of drive mechanism in ADAMS software are studied on the motion law and the dynamic stress, and analyzed and calculated according to the curve and data.
